2017 TALENT HUNT COMPETITION

The Mu Iota Graduate Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity will host its Annual Talent Hunt Scholarship Program on Saturday, March 25, 2017, at 4:00 P.M. at East High School, 1500 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43205 in the Auditorium. The Basileus, Anthony Perkins, and the members of Mu Iota Chapter would be honored to have you participate as a contestant in this year’s program.

One of our national mandated programs is the Talent Hunt established in 1945 and implemented worldwide by Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. Its purpose is to expose and encourage those youth gifted in the fields of the performing arts while assisting them in furthering their education. The Talent Hunt program is used as a vehicle to raise funds and provide scholarships to the youth of Columbus.

Monetary awards will be presented to the top three contestants. The first place contestant will advance to the District (State) Talent Hunt program in Morgantown, West Virginia on Saturday, April 29, 2017. Monetary awards will be presented to the top three contestants atDistrict Talent Hunt. The winner of the District Talent Hunt will advance to the International Talent Hunt Demonstration in Cincinnati, OH which will be held during the 2017 Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Leadership Conference in August.
